Darulaman Golf & Country Club (DGCC) is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. The DGCC team members are customers themselves of other Internet sites and fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, dgcc@bdb.com.my will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

User shall agree that dgcc@bdb.com.my may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify, and hold dgcc@bdb.com.my harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Inaccuracy Information

If you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice.

Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or dgcc@bdb.com.my. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, dgcc@bdb.com.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once a booking is made—even if you cancel.

Applies to golf tee times, event space, accommodation, or other paid reservations.

Even in cases of no-shows or last-minute cancellations, the full fee is retained.

Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods.

Payments cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

MEMBER – TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING

1.       Official Tee-off Times:

Morning                               : 7:30 am – 9:30 am

Afternoon                           : 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm

Evening (9 Holes)             : 4:30 pm onwards

2.       The management reserves the right to amend tee-off times or to change the booking date if necessary

3.       Booking will be released after 15min if payment does not go through successfully

4.       Prices quoted are inclusive of buggy fee (twin-sharing basis), golf daily insurance, 8% tax and caddy fee (if applicable)

5.       No refund will be made should there be an excess payment due to no show of players

6.       Dress code – Proper golfing attire is compulsory, i.e. Collared Golf T-shirts, Golfing Trousers and Soft Spiked Golf Shoes. Improper golfing attire will not be allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1.       No cancellation allowed after booking confirmation

2.       No rain-check policy for any current/ongoing golf promotion

3.       For booking amendment, please call golf counter at 04-917 0001 or 011-1312. Should there be any difference in price between the initial booking date and the selected amendment date, the golfer shall bear the difference in rates.

4.       Darulaman Golf & Country Club reserves the right to cancel all bookings if the payment is not received in full, without prior notice.
